कुछ तो हुआ है

मन कुछ भारी सा,
दिन भी है कुछ भारी
सपने कुछ भारी से,
कदम भी है भारी
हुआ जो,
न रख सकता अंदर,
कह देता, तो है,
कमजोरी
रखा जहाँ सब लगा,
मिल न पाया,
जो चाहा वहां,
छीनने की कोशिश करूँ
कहाँ ऐसी नियत हमारी,
मंन कुछ भारी सा,
दिन भी है कुछ भारी
अब आगे देखूं,
ना इच्छा, ना सोच कोई
बदलना चाहता दिनों को,
पर कहाँ ऐसी साहस मेरी,
मन कुछ भारी सा,
दिन भी है कुछ भारी
सपने कुछ भारी से,
कदम भी है भारी

एक डर सा है कहीं

कुछ तो हुआ है,
कैसा है ये डर
ज़िन्दगी चली जा रही कहीं,
कटती दिन रात, यूँ ही
सोच को दूर तक ले जाना,
फिर तुरंत चौंक वापस लाना
डरा डरा सा सब माहौल है,
हर तरफ एक जल्दी का शोर है
इसी रस्ते पर थकने लगा हूँ,
कदम कदम पर रुकने लगा हूँ
संदेह अपने पर होता,
अपनी क्षमता पर
जाना तो चाहता हूँ पर,
जाना किधर
कुछ तो हुआ है,
कैसा है ये डर||

भ्रस्टाचार की मार

भ्रस्टाचार की मार

का सार बता देता हूँ,

ये देश कहाँ जा रहा

इस बार बता देता हूँ;

चोर पे मोर लगे

तो अब शोर नहीं होते

शोर हो कमजोर तो

उनमे जोर नहीं होते

घोटालों के पोटली के

पोल बता देता हूँ,

ये देश कहाँ जा रहा

इस बार बता देता हूँ;

किसान बे-इंसान अबतक

ईमान से जीया जा रहा

गोदाम बे-लगाम अब

बे-इमान भरा जा रहा

दशक दो-दशक से

बे-सड़क शहर हो रही है

ठेकेदार खुलेआम हरसाल

मरम्मत किये जा रहा;

हर गाँव हर शहर के

अब किस्से उठा देता हूँ,

ये देश कहाँ जा रहा

इस बार बता देता हूँ;

रामलाल श्यामलाल मरने के बाद

पेसन उठाये जा रहे हैं

बाबु अब बेकाबू ऑफिस में

लूट मचाये जा रहे हैं

DM, SDM, तहसीलदार

और लेखपाल

प्रशासन में कु-प्रशासन

फैलाये जा रहे हैं

ऊंचे दफ्तरों में लगे

परदे आज हटा देता हूँ,

ये देश कहाँ जा रहा

इस बार बता देता हूँ;

माँ-सरकार व पिता-सरकार सबके

चर्चे एक से हो रहे

२-जी आदर्श है सब ये

हवाला दे रहे

खामखा बे-परवाह अपनी

सरकार

आदमी कम-आमदनी के ऊपर

महंगाई लादे जा रही है

यत्न जतन अब

कु-प्रयत्न हुए जा रहे हैं

मानवता के लूटते चेहरे से

आपको अवगत करा देता हूँ,

ये देश कहाँ जा रहा

इस बार बता देता हूँ|

राह में चलते चलते

राह में चलते चलते
यूँ ही कोई मिल जाता है
चलता है संग, पल भर
अगले मोड़ बिछड़ जाता है
नयनों में स्नेह, प्रीति की
धीरे से उर को छल जाता है
हृदय की निष्ठुरता तो देखो
आँखें बंद रह बदल जाता है
क्या सोचे ये मन भला
इन सुंदरियों का न संग भला
देख इन्हें सन्यासी मनन भी
मोह मिलाप में खो जाट है
चलता है संग, पल भर
अगले मोड़ बिछड़ जाता है
चन्द्र चंचल सा रूप तेरा
क्षीर सागर सा मन ये मेरा
सघन संकुचित मनुभावों में
तेरा स्वप्न सजाता है
चलता है संग, पल भर
अगले मोड़ बिछड़ जाता है !

Do we really need Women's bill?

Today is 8th of march and this is day on which we are celebrating 100 years of Women's Day. This is much appropriate day to talk about Women's right, because it may be possible that we will forget all women and their rights for next one year. That is why our ruling Congress government choose this particular day to put Women's reservation bill across parliament in both Rajyasabha and in Loksabha.
As we are citizen of a democratic country and we have human rights which give us right to speak, and we always open our mouth to oppose some one. Today our politician belongs from RJD (Rashtriya Janta Dal - Bihar), SP (Samajwadi Party - Uttar Pradesh) open there most known tongue in against of this women reservation bill. They have very simple view about our country from their point of India has three part Higher cast, Lower cast (from where they belongs) and Muslim (No other religion because they are not vote bank). From Sanjay's eyes (Mahabharata) Lalu and Mulayam saw that this bill is purely against lower class (here class is cast) and Muslim. It is not against anybody else.
Yes, sure you me and many people like us always think why we have these reservation in our system, do we really need this?
My answer is yes we need this, if we see from current scenario it is important to pull each and every citizen of India, to a certain level. Currently we have reservation for SC-ST, OBC now we are asking reservation for women. Because we need growth women's too. But can any politician give me an answer that it will really help all women equally?
Answer is big NO, it will be helpful only for higher society women who are already part of politics.
If we really want to raise India and Indian we should work on very basic level. From point of view we should go through
1. To stop killing of unborn baby girl
2. To make rule which mandate every family to send their daughter at least 8th class and follow them strictly.
3. To stop people to increase population just in a wish of boy child. We can go few tough step like China.
4. To stop "Bal Vivah" and "Sati Pratha".

After these basic things we can expect women to participate equally in our growth.
So, this is really necessary that government revisit again whole Women bill and come with a consolidated bill which include every one. Hope government come with such a bill.
